1. What is the expected delivery timeframe?

Once your pre-order is placed, our production journey typically spans 10 to 12 weeks, including production, quality control, and shipping. We’ll keep you updated every few weeks so you always know where your order is in the process.


2. Do you require payment upfront or just a deposit?

We require full payment at the time of pre-order to keep things simple and secure—but rest assured, it only goes toward making your pieces just for you.


3. Can I change or cancel my pre-order?

Need to update or cancel? Just drop us a note at info@sunnyandmama.com (available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM), and we’ll assist you. Please reach out promptly—once production has started, changes may not be possible.


4. How will I receive updates?

We’ll email you at key milestones—fabric dyeing, sewing, quality control, and shipping—so you always know exactly what’s happening with your order.


5. What if my order is delayed?

Although we strive for consistency, unexpected delays (e.g., material shortages or shipping hiccups) can happen. If that occurs, we’ll notify you right away, explain the reason, and share a revised timeline.


6. What are the benefits of your pre-order model?
